Do you offer a free trial period?

We certainly do - with no Credit Card required! Get your Free Trial API Key, and you will be able to try the complete service for the entire duration of your 7-day free trial.

What counts as one API request?

Each HTTP request to our API endpoints counts as a single request towards your usage quota (regardless of the number of currencies or data points returned).

The only exceptions to this are the /fetch-matrix & /fetch-many-to-one API endpoints which are charged at one request for each pair returned in the call.

Is there a minimum term or contract to sign?

There is no minimum contract period and no scary paperwork to sign.

How can I view my usage statistics?

You can view your current usage in your user dashboard. Just log into you account to see where you are up to.

What types of payment do you accept?

We can accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal.

If you're paying for an annual subscription, you can also pay by bank / wire transfer. If you would like to pay this way, just drop us an email and we'll hook you up with all the correct details and an invoice.

What happens if I go over my allowance?
